How to Make a Return
Time Frame: You have 30 days from receiving your item to make a return. Just make sure that the item is in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Start Your Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at thecrazecabinet@gmail.com. We will guide you through the steps and provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: Returns should be sent to the original shipping address. Don't forget that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, so make sure to reach out to us first!
Handling Damages and Issues
Check Your Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at thecrazecabinet@gmail.com. We’ll sort it out and ensure you get what you ordered or a suitable replacement.
Exceptions
Note: We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about your specific item, we’re here to help!

European Union Customers

Refunds
Processing Your Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
